This script provides a statusbar item:
In this picture the usercount for 4 servers is shown in realtime. The white number is the current number of users. The bluish number is the change in the number of clients in the past 10 seconds. The green and red numbers are the number of connects and exits, respectively, in the past 10 seconds.
The appearance of the statusbar item can be customised.
Of each server that is monitored, the history is also kept. A part of
the output of /lusercount history e is shown below.
